I've known that I wanted to practice Naturopathic medicine from the time I was 10 years old. I knew that teaching people to care for their own bodies to heal themselves rather than relying on pills and procedures was the right path for me.

After too many years of trying, I finally became a Mama. It was only once I built my team of care providers that I was able to have my daughter.

 

It is my calling in life to help others feel cared for, heard and supported as they work through their own journeys to growing their families.

I'm also a wife, a daughter and a sister. I'm blessed to have many amazing people in my life who help me give my best every day to my patients. My husband and I love to travel (New Zealand, Iceland, and Peru have been some of our favorite adventures) but Oregon has been my home since I was 2! I've spent many a rainy Pacific NW afternoon curled up on the couch with a book (fiction, non-fiction, I'll read anything!) although I prefer to spend the sunny days outside hiking or exploring.
