1. What can I expect during my first appointment?
Your first appointment is a 60-minute comprehensive consultation where we’ll review your health and fertility history, discuss any past testing or treatments, and explore your goals. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan, which may include lab testing, dietary recommendations, herbal or nutritional therapies, and lifestyle changes to support your fertility journey.
2. Do you work with patients undergoing IUI or IVF?
Yes, we specialize in co-managing care with fertility clinics to support patients using assisted reproductive technologies (ART). Our integrative approach complements IUI, IVF, or egg freezing by optimizing your overall health, improving egg and sperm quality, and managing stress during treatment. We also offer IUI services for certain patients at our Salem clinic.
3. Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes! We offer telehealth appointments for patients who prefer the convenience of meeting virtually or who live outside our local area. Virtual consultations provide the same level of care and personalization as in-person visits.
4. Do you accept insurance or offer payment plans?
We are an in network with Moda, Providence & Pacific Source and happy to offering billing services for those companies. We are out-of-network providers for all other insurances, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. However, we can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
5. How far in advance should I book my appointment?
We recommend scheduling your initial consultation at least 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred time, as appointments tend to fill quickly. If you’re preparing for ART (e.g., IVF or IUI), scheduling 2-3 months ahead can provide ample time to implement your personalized plan.
6. Do you support single parents by choice in their fertility journey?
Absolutely. We are honored to work with single parents by choice, offering tailored support to optimize your fertility and health as you prepare for conception. Whether you’re exploring donor options, IUI, or other fertility treatments, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your goals and values.
7. Do you provide care for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples?
Yes! We are committed to providing inclusive, compassionate care for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. We’ll partner with you to navigate fertility options, from preconception optimization to support during assisted reproductive technologies, such as IUI, IVF, or surrogacy.
8. Can you help with donor sperm, egg, or surrogacy preparation?
Yes, we provide comprehensive support for those using donor eggs, sperm, or surrogates. Our services include preconception health optimization, hormonal balancing, and emotional support to ensure a smooth and empowered fertility journey.
