Hi! I'm Dr. O-
I've known that I wanted to practice Naturopathic medicine from the time I was 10 years old. I was inspired by a model of healthcare that teaches people to understand their bodies, look beneath the surface of their symptoms, and actively participate in their own care.
After eight years of fertility treatment, I finally became a Mama. That experience taught me something I carry into every patient relationship: sometimes moving forward isn't about finding one perfect treatment. It's about having the right person beside you who can step back, look at the whole picture, recognize the patterns, and help you determine what comes next.
That's the kind of care I strive to provide.
Whether you're trying to understand symptoms that don't quite fit together, navigating a hormonal transition, preparing for pregnancy, or trying to make sense of a diagnosis you've already received, my role is to help you understand the bigger picture and create a thoughtful path forward.
Over the past 17 years in clinic, I've had the privilege of working with women through some of the most complex and important transitions of their lives—from fertility and pregnancy planning to PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid and metabolic concerns, and the hormonal changes of perimenopause and menopause.
I'm also a wife, a daughter and a sister. I'm blessed to have many amazing people in my life who help me give my best every day to my patients. I love to travel (New Zealand, Estonia, and Peru have been some of our favorite adventures) but Oregon has been my home since I was 2. I've spent many a rainy Pacific NW afternoon curled up on the couch with a book (fiction, non-fiction, I'll read anything!) although I prefer to spend the sunny days outside hiking or exploring.

My Approach & Priorities
-
You’ll Be Heard
I take the time to listen to your full story, not just the symptom that brought you through the door. Sometimes the most useful clues are found in the details that have been overlooked, dismissed, or considered unrelated. -
I Look for Patterns
Hormones, metabolism, reproductive health, thyroid function, nutrition, sleep, stress, and symptoms don't exist in isolation. I look at how those pieces fit together and where there may be opportunities to investigate further. -
Evidence Meets Individuality
I use the best available evidence while recognizing that real patients don't always fit neatly into a guideline. We’ll consider your goals, your physiology, your previous experiences, and the options realistically available to you. -
Your Care Has a Direction
You shouldn't have to figure out what to do next every time you leave a doctor's office. My goal is to help you understand where you are, what we're trying to accomplish, and what the next step is—whether that means treatment, additional evaluation, another specialist, or simply giving your body some time.
