In this practice, I provide highly individualized, root-cause focused care with a special emphasis on hormone health throughout the lifespan, including fertility, post-partum and perimenopausal care.

This level of care requires time, attention to detail, and thoughtful clinical decision-making. For that reason, I operate outside of the constraints of insurance-based medicine, allowing me to:

I am an in network provider with Moda Health Plan and Pacific Source Commercial Health Plans

 

Do you have benefits through another company? Many patients are still able to receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan. We provide a superbill after your visit that you can submit to your insurance company.
